The moment you disidentify yourself from everything, the mind will become still.  

If you are alive to life, you will never know monotony. But if you just live in your mind, then everything will be monotonous because the mind is repetitive in nature.

Every thought that you generate creates an electric impulse in the system. When in excess, it throws the body off balance.

Once you free yourself from the meanness of the mind, an indiscriminate sense of love and inclusion arises.  

Once you go beyond the mind, there is no such thing as suffering.
