Optimists hallucinate; pessimists get depressed. Both will not get anywhere. You must be willing and able to see everything the way it is.

Insight is not about arriving at better perspectives for the existing situation, but seeing new possibilities. What you need for this is clarity within yourself.  

You cannot change the past. You can only experience the present moment. The future must be crafted the way you want.

Being in truth means to be simply yourself. Self is not what you make up but what you are.

You can never get everyone's approval for what you want to do. So, don't worry about it.
