From the atomic to the cosmic - the physical can only be cyclical. The more you are identified with your body, the more cyclical and compulsive you are.

Fear is a consequence of being unconscious. Being fearful does not save us. Only by being conscious, can we manage the situations.  

Once you turn inward, you will find infinite expansion within yourself.
