Spirituality does not mean becoming barren. Only a person who is full of life and joy can be truly free.  

Sadhana is towards creating a sense of inner fulfillment, where there is no need to lean on anyone anymore.

If you turn inward, you will find a space where there is a solution for everything.

Your life and how you experience it is entirely your making. Only if this absolutely sinks in, will you make the necessary changes.

Some spiritual teachers give you a nice new coat of paint, and suddenly you will look shiny and nice. Certain others scrape off even the primer beneath the paint. You came to the second kind.
