The depth of your attention determines the depth of your experience. If your attention is profound, your experience of life is profound.

Life is not outside of you, you are life.

On one level, life is effervescent and active. On another level, it is absolutely still. The inner stillness nourishes the outer activity.

If you are a sensible human being, you will naturally be loving and inclusive.  

Most people only get angry where there are no big consequences. This is cunning.
