Pleasure is one level of pleasantness, joy is another. Pleasure is beautiful, but it is enslaving. Joy is wonderful; above all it is liberating.

Insight is not about arriving at better perspectives for the existing situation, but seeing new possibilities. What you need for this is clarity within yourself.  

Collaboration is far more powerful than competition. Your body and brain work best when you are joyful and peaceful, not when you are pushed to the wall.

Discipline does not mean control. Discipline means having the sense to do exactly what is needed.

Every other creature on the planet is eco-friendly. Only we human beings need to learn to live consciously.
