Yoga is a technology. If you learn to use it, it works - no matter where you come from or what you believe in or do not believe in.

Yoga is about rising to a new level of balance and competence in all aspects of life.  

When you experience everything as a part of yourself, you are in Yoga. That is liberation, that is mukti, that is ultimate freedom.  

Yoga is not about twisting your body or standing on your head. It is a technology of wellbeing.

If one is absolutely devoted to the process of Yoga, it shall take one’s life to its Ultimate Goal.
