What hatha yoga does is, if you consciously hold the body in an asna, it can alter the way you think and feel and experience life.

If you sink into the past, it will rule your present and determine your future. Going beyond this trap is Yoga.

Your brain need not deteriorate with age. With simple yoga practices, you can keep enhancing it.
