If you live in suspicion, always thinking everyone is out to get you, you will only do very small things in life. Trust is very important.  

Your thoughts and emotions are of no existential consequence. They are your creation – you could make them any way you want.

If you act out of your humanity, you will always be inclusive, and you will always do the right thing.

If there is something in your life that means a lot to you, you should not postpone it for a single day.
