Meditation is not an act you perform – it is a quality you acquire. You cannot do meditation, but you can become meditative.

Your body remembers every smell, taste, sight, touch, and sound. Yoga can make this perception work to your advantage.

If you bring a yogic practice such as the Shambhavi Mahamudra into your life, the body will remain restful throughout the day, and your sleep quota will decrease.

Allowing this life to flower into its fullest possibility is what life is about, is what yoga is about, is what spiritual process is about.

Changing your attitude is pretense - you cannot keep it up forever. The yogic system is about fundamental transformation - that is what ultimately counts.
