The best way to become spiritual is to consciously evolve to a point where you are not compulsorily reactive anymore.

Don’t fight your cravings for sweets. If you yourself turn sweet, sweets will lose their attraction.

Your body is just a scoop of earth. Carry it gracefully. And when it’s time to put it back, put it back gracefully.  

In maintaining distance from your thought and emotion, you can become available to the grace of the greatest beings.  

Once your life is a conscious process, being blissful is natural, moving towards liberation is inevitable.
