The moment you disidentify yourself from everything, the mind will become still.  

Irritation, anger, hate, and rage are just progressions. If you feel the mildest sense of irritation, that’s what you need to work on.

When you become free from the meanness of the mind,  an indiscriminate sense of love and inclusion arises.

It does not matter how others label you. If you wish, you can change the structure of your mind.

The more you are exposed to the unity and the harmony of creation, the more your mind becomes Inclusive and Harmonious.
