Whatever things you gather in your life should not determine who you are.

The body is designed to perform all the necessary activity, as long as you live, if you keep it well.

This is a good time to break the status quo of who you are and see if you can transform yourself into a better human being.

Everything that happens in the material world is essentially a certain kind of wave. If you are a good sailor, every wave is a possibility.  

Don’t fight your cravings for sweets. If you yourself turn sweet, sweets will lose their attraction.
