Integrity is not a bunch of values or ethics. Integrity is the coherence between how you are, how you think, and how you act.  

Every action you perform is a contribution to some aspect of this world. Being conscious of that should keep you inspired.

If there is love in your heart, it will guide you through your life. Love has its own intelligence.

Loosen up a bit – laugh more, get involved with people around you, do simple things. If you only do very important things, you will become dead serious.
