Playfulness is the nature of creation and the Creator. If you are in tune with them, you are naturally playful.  

Pleasure is just a shadow of joy. When there is no joy in you, you become a pleasure seeker.

If you compulsively react, external situations determine how you are right now. If you consciously respond, your wellbeing is very much in your hands.

Simply making an effort does not get you anywhere. It has to be the right kind of action, timing, and place.

Time is a relative experience. For one who is focused and joyful, it's a very brief life.
