The very core of the cosmos is stillness and peacefulness. If you are touched by it, everything about you will be transformed.  

When you are in a great hurry to do something, just hold back a few seconds – that’s all it takes to shift from compulsiveness to consciousness.

Do not hold back your love, your joy, and your exuberance. Only what you give becomes your quality, not what you hold back.

Whatever competence, capabilities, and genius we may have – all of it is meaningful only when there is balance.  

Attention to the Creator's creation is more important than the nonsense you make up in your head.
