If you look at your thoughts in the context of the whole cosmos, they do not mean anything. If you realize that, you will naturally create a distance from your thought process.  

Once you have no problem making mistakes, admitting them, and correcting them, hardly any mistakes will happen.  

Doubt is good – it means you are searching for truth. Suspicion is sickness.

Life is in a constant flux. Whatever opinions you form, you are bound to be wrong.

If you are alone and you get bored, obviously you are in bad company.
