If you learn to use this body as an instrument, it is the most fantastic and powerful instrument on the planet. Yoga is towards realizing this.

Along with Yogic practices, being in touch with the earth and the other elements on a daily basis can make a huge difference to one’s Strength of Life.

If you are too full of yourself, life has to knead you. There is no other treatment.  

Whether it is your body, your mind, or your life energies ‒ the more you use them, the better they get.
