If you are established in Yoga, it gives you a sense of union with everything around you that naturally brings Balance and Blissfulness.

The sole carrier in this pandemic is the human being. If we as human beings become conscious and bring Yoga into everyone’s life, stopping the pandemic in its tracks is very much in our hands.

Yoga does not mean just standing on your head or holding your breath. It means taking charge of your life.

Yoga is not about twisting your body or standing on your head. It is a technology of wellbeing.

If one is absolutely devoted to the process of Yoga, it shall take one’s life to its Ultimate Goal.
