If you exist here only as a body and a mind, suffering is inevitable. Meditation means to go beyond the limitations of your body and mind, and know freedom.

Pure perception means clarity. Perception laced with imagination means confusion.

There are different kinds of Yogis. I am not the kind who raises the dead – I awaken the living.

Essentially, every Experience in Life is a matter of Perception. The level of your Perception determines the level of your Experience.
