So the body remembers, it's not the mind. The physical body remembers, this is called as Runanbandan. When there is a sexual interaction, or there is any kind of intimacy which involves thought, emotion, and body, the amount of memory that is left in your system is very big. It is from this context they said, you must keep this as simple as possible. There are other aspects where in certain tantric process and all, they're involving. They're preparing themselves for years to distance themselves from the body in such a way that the body doesn't pick up anything from anywhere. This is being done like a sadhana, not as sexual promiscuity. So the question is not of morality. The question is of, what is it that you want to do with yourself in your life. If you want to be in such a way that in your life your inner intelligence will be the most dominant thing in your life, not your physical body, then you must keep the body's memory as simple as possible. This is why simple types of food, you know people go into very simple kind of food, not complicated. Even now, I eat one meal a day and I eat only one item in the meal. I won't eat ten. I may eat all of those things another day, but today I'll eat only one item. Because it makes a huge, just experiment and see don't go by what I'm saying. Just experiment, and especially when your examination time comes, eat simple food and see what a difference it makes. For your intelligence, how it functions, how alert you are, everything. So what is it that you're trying to build yourself to. Do you want to build yourself to be a sexual supernova? Or, no I'm saying, some people may have that intention. That's upto them. But what is it that you want to do with your life is something that you must decide. If you have decided that, it's very, very important that you don't unconsciously pick up enormous amount of memory because this will lead to. Later on you will see, it'll become very difficult to remain peaceful and joyful in your life, no matter what good things may be happening. Simply because there is confusing memories in the system. When, something else of similar nature comes, the body goes into a turmoil of confusion. It may not translate into your mind. Just physically, it will go on. So, it's a choice that one has to make. Because we don't eat properly, or we eat very properly and we don't use the body properly. So, apart from this, there are other aspects to life. To put it very simply, as you exercise your body. If you just do this thousand times a day. Just do like this thousand times a day and after one month just see how well your hand will work. Nothing else, just sit here and just do this thousand times a day. After 30 days, you'll find your hand works wonderfully well. If you do that with your brains. It will work wonderfully well in a month's time. If you do this with your heart, it'll work wonderfully well. If you do that with your life energies, it will work wonderfully well. When all these things work well, that's health. So, you just have to use your body. Use your head. And use your energies. If these three things are well exercised and balanced, you will be healthy.

Simply because their physical activity, even if they excercise, it's half an hour, one hour in the morning, rest of the time they're sitting, sitting, sitting. So because of this, there is not enough activity in that region. That's one reason. Another thing is reproductive process is not made use of, that's another reason. So if you're not using your reproduction process, that is, you're not bearing a child before you're 21 years of age, it's very very important that you must do Hatha Yoga. If you do gym, if you run, if you do this and that. Run, to some extent. But if it is gyming and doing muscles and you're looking fit. That's not good. You must do intense Hatha Yoga. In today's world, the way the society is structured, the way that many aspects of life have arranged itself, women have to care much more about their health than men. Simply because nature has invested a very elaborate reproductive system in a woman. We were all born out of a woman's womb. So there was an elaborate system inside. Normally, if you look back, they would start using reproductory system by the age, they were 15, 16. It was put to use probably throughout their life. At least throughout their reproductive life, in some way it was put to use. If a woman had 6, or 7, or 8 children in her lifetime, most probably it was spread out throughout. So reproductory organs were used in a certain way. Because of that, she did not have those issues as they have today. Another reason is, both men and women, of course, were working hard physically. Physical work. Because of physical work, there never was any fat around the abdomen. Another dimension of this is also, urban young women these days, a lot of them are very disturbed about something or the other. At one time only your family, or your children, or your husband, or your immediate friends, disturbed you. Now you have friendship across the globe, and just about anybody can freak you anytime. So just a message is enough that you worry about it for next three days. For whatever reasons, I don't want to blame it on any one thing. It has become a norm that everybody must be stressed. So this also can be very easily handled. The basic body chemistry can be brought to such a level of balance within you if you do the right kind of yoga.

If you don't pay any attention, you don't know what the hell is happening. It takes a lot of attention, isn't it? So I'm saying, you need to understand this. A relationship is a variable reality. It is not an absolute reality. If you want to have an absolute relationship, you must hold relationships with the dead. It's time you look deeper, rather than reacting and trying to fix somebody else. Punishing somebody else is not going to transform your life, not going to make your life beautiful in any way. Some sick satisfaction you'll have for two days, after that you'll feel guilty about that also. So don't go that way. This is an opportunity. Somebody is opening up a spiritual dimension for you.

See if something unpleasant cripples you, something nasty cripples you, it's acceptable. When something beautiful cripples you, it's a true disaster. If you could ask one person, alive or dead, one question, who would you ask and what would that be? I really sorted out all my questions because I did not spend time educating myself or doing anything. I spent my entire life sorting out every damn question I had. I kind of ran out of questions. And you certainly have not run out of any answers and you never will. Best advice you have ever received? Nothing. Never? No. I never sought nor did I receive. ... rest? There are many ways of resting. The most important thing is, rest means you're changing the energy equation. Where consumption is lower, production is going on at the same pace. So after a period of time, you feel rejuvenated because consumption has been lowered. Essentially you're managing the energy equation. If you're in an acute activity, the consumption is more. Whatever you're producing, it's not enough after some time, you feel exhausted because the consumption has been heavy. If you lower the consumption, and increase the production, after some time you feel energized. So now there are ways to lower the consumption and increase the productivity also. See if you come to a certain state of ease. When I say ease, it's not something that most people will ever understand because most people are not at ease. If you're at total ease, the system is at total ease, everything is at ease, it is well rested. Always, it is rested. Because it's so rested throughout the day. If you sleep in the afternoon, do you see you can't sleep much in the night? Yes? Oh, you're already experimenting? If you sleep in the afternoon, you can't sleep much in the night unless you're sick or you're very tired because of something. Because it's well rested in the day, it can't sleep in the night. The ideal way to live is, there is no sleep in my life. But that's not possible. Right now, still body has some inertia. So it sleeps minimum, rest of the time it is at ease. If you keep this at ease, then sleep does not occur to the body unless it comes to a certain point of exhaustion. So, body is never ever asking for sleep, but it is definitely asking for rest. If you're not at ease, that means you're in dis-ease. You're heading there. You're in dis-ease means you're in a certain state of ill health. So don't move in and stay into the direction of disease, move into the direction of ease. If you become totally ease, sleep quality, sleep quota will come down. Quality of sleep will be good because quality of life is good. You want to increase only the quality of your sleep, life does not work like that.
