Coronavirus lockdown – How to handle the inner noises?
Many people are forced into a lockdown because of the corona virus. With no activity and silence on the outside, suddenly the inside noises are becoming very noisy. How can one deal with this? Sadhguru says - "Do not try to stop it because you cannot stop it. The only way is to distance yourself from it." He shares tips as to how one can achieve this distancing. Simple meditations like Isha Kriya can be of tremendous help.

How To Move From Lust To Love?
Lust is a strong need. Love is not a need. Today, people are physically inactive. Unlike earlier times, everything physical needed for survival is already taken care of. This has made people neurotic, because the energy is not worked out - it is trapped. Sadhguru says - "When you love, you settle down, nothing more is needed. You can just sit here for a lifetime. With lust you cannot sit anywhere. You either get into some mad action, or you are bound to go crazy". So, either, one works out the energy through physical activity, or another way is to simply drop it and move ahead - this is meditation.

Earth Day – Can Meditation Save the Earth?
The economics of our contemporary society is such, that if we succeed, we will fail. It is like the man cutting the branch of the tree on which he is sitting. We now understand that life on Earth is interconnected in a very complex structure, and is not independent transactions. Our body itself is built from Earth, it is just a piece of Earth, through the food that we consume. So, life is happening as one, it's only psychologically we feel separate, but physiologically it is happening as one. When we meditate, especially if the leaderships meditates, you will experience that you are not separate from each other. Once that happens taking care of Earth is a natural consequence.

Meditation – How Does It Affect The Brain?
Sadhguru tells us that shambhavi kriya leads to left brain and right brain coherence, which leads to phenomenal capabilities. He says - "Your ability to function in the world can be greatly enhanced – almost super-enhanced. Physically and mentally, it will set you apart in any crowd of people if you give yourself to the practice sufficiently". He narrates a very interesting incidence, where he was subjected to some tests, and based on the readings, was pronounced dead!

What Is Meditation?
Sadhguru says - "You cannot do meditation but you can become meditative". Meditation is a certain quality, it is not an act. Meditation will naturally happen, once the body, mind and emotions are cultivated and the necessary atmosphere prepared.

Limitations of The Logical Mind
The logical mind is essential for survival needs, but not to address all aspects of life. Someone who becomes extremely logical, will become depressed and self-destructive. Logical mind is an instrument to handle the duality of existence, and it is building up a certain tension within the system. Sadhguru says - "If you become extremely logical, you become horribly argumentative about everything in your life. So meditation is a way of unstringing this."
