Shiva – Intoxicated, Still And Exuberant
As a Yogi, Shiva embodies the three essential qualities - stillness, exuberance and intoxication. Modern science tells us that the core of the cosmos is largely stillness. In Yoga, 'Shi-Va', means ' that which is not'. Once someone experiences life beyond physical and psychological, they naturally become still. It is from this stillness that exuberance rises, which enables one to participate in life. Intoxication is a lubricant allowing one to engage with life effortlessly. Using chemical intoxication renders us incompetent. Sadhguru gives us a simple tool to develop these three essential qualities within ourselves.
