Most of the yogic practices work on the energy body, because if your energy body is in full vibrance and proper balance, physical and mental health will happen naturally. What we call as physical body, and mental body are the psychological framework which is spread across the physical body – are a consequence of the type of foundational energy body that we have, which the yogic culture calls as ‘Pranamayakosha’.

The strength, vibrance, and the balance that you create in your Pranamayakosha will naturally reflect and manifests in your physical and mental bodies, or in your physiology and your psychological framework. This is beyond psychological analysis, physiological diagnosis. But if one creates substantial vibrance and balance in their energy body, health is a natural consequence.
